Our History
Green & Friends was launched by Toronto-based singer and producer Eli Green as a sister brand to his long-running Jewish music and educational brand, Jewish Music Toronto. Performing and teaching since 2014, Green & Friends was introduced in 2023 to provide a broader variety of programming, outside of faith-centred shows and classes. Between the two brands, we now offer shows, events and lessons across genres like pop, rock, opera, jazz, folk and bluegrass, live readings, all in addition to all of his original Jewish programming.

Can I attend a performance without booking?
It depends! We'll be sure to promote public performances, shows and events here on the site, but private bookings are only open to attendees or guests.
What is the cancellation policy for private event bookings?
Private event booking cancellations, as well as initial deposits are dependent on the size and cost of the booking. Get in touch with us to discuss your booking needs.
What is the cancellation policy for lessons?
Rescheduling or cancellation of lessons may be done with at least 24 hours' notice. This ensures that we can accommodate other students and maintain a flexible schedule.
